- Begin - see the need to encourage & equip dads to be faithful fathers
- Assimilate like minds - build core group, leadership team
- Transition - Initiate the PASS the BATON strategy in the church
- Ongoing management - create a positive & enthusiastic buzz around fathering
- Next step - live the strategy in the church and community
